基于HIS 的臨床決策支持系統的構建研究

[摘要]為了進一步發揮醫院信息系統（HospitalInformationSystem，HIS)
對醫院的管理決策作用，本文分別利用個案研究、文獻研究、訪談、實驗法等基
本研究方法，提出基于HIS的臨床決策支持系統（ClinicalDecisionSupport
System，CDSS)的構建。
本文分別介紹了HIS與CDSS的基本概念、決策支持系統的種類、CDSS的框
架體系、傳統CDSS的不足以及研究CDSS所運用的知識。并分別就數據倉庫的定
義、體系結構、設計方法進行論述。最后重點分析基于HIS的CDSS的構建研究
以及基于HIS的CDSS的功能要求。使醫院信息系統中的數據得到充分利用，為
完善臨床決策支持系統的功能打下基礎。希望通過本文能呼吁國內醫療機構在開
發臨床信息處理系統時重視對臨床決策支持系統的開發。

[Abstract]To further develop the hospital information system (HIS) with the
hospital's management decision-making role, the paper the use of case studies,
