放射科DICOM 標準PACS 的設計與實現

【摘要】 目的 以我院影像存檔及傳輸系統(picture archiving and communication system ,PACS)
的設計、構建為例,探討適合中國國情的醫學數字影像傳輸( digital imaging and communications in
medicine ,DICOM) 標準的PACS 發展模式。方法 按階段性發展、模塊化結構和DICOM 標準3 個原
則設計,并制訂出3 期發展細節。結果 按PACS I 期設計、構建PACS 模塊間的網絡連接,實現數字
影像的網絡傳輸、及時瀏覽顯示及膠片打印等幾個主要功能,并成功地完成了系統在DICOM 層次的
設置、調試和影像交流。結論 根據我院DICOM 標準PACS 的設計,成功地完成I 期系統的構建及
運行,初步表明,我院PACS 設計是符合中國國情的PACS 發展的一個可行方案。

【Abstract】 Purpose To explore the developing model of picture archiving and communication sys2
tem (PACS) with digital imaging and communications in medicine (DICOM) supported and in accordance
with Chinese specific current status , using the instance of PACS designed and constructed of our hospital.
