摘要
醫學影像存檔與通訊系統PACS是醫院信息系統中的一個重要組成部分,一個完整的PACS系統由醫療影像的產生、獲取、歸檔、處理和傳輸等幾部分組成。DICOM是醫學影像存檔與通訊系統PACS的國際性標準,DICOM標準作為被絕大多數醫學影像設備和信息系統提供商遵從的國際標準規范,是醫學影像設備系統間開放性互連及影像互操作性的根本保證,在PACS的建設中處于核心地位。
本文首先介紹了DICOM標準及基于DICOM標準的PACS的發展背景、形成歷史和體系結構,分析了DICOM的實體--關系信息模型。
對DICOM醫學影像文件進行處理的首要問題就是DICOM文件進行解析,本文對DICOM文件格式與數據編碼方法進行了較為詳細的研究,在此基礎上,探討了DICOM醫學圖像的空間變換、窗寬和窗位調節、偽彩色變換、灰度變換等處理。借助于DICOM3MAX控件實現部分DICOM應用。
最后談論了一點自己的想法和建議。

Abstract
With the fast development of information technology and medical imaging technology, PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication Systems) based on DICOM standard is the important part of realizing medical image information management, it can digitize the data from the collection, display, storage,exchange and output of medical images. Digital Imaging and Communication in Medicine (DICOM) standard, which has been developed by ACR and NEMA,has been the international standard in medical image field, it provides an open data-exchange standard and makes it possible to unify the storage and communication of images produced by different equipments.
Firstly, the thesis resumptively introduces the DICOM standard and information model, presents the common operations of medical images, like zoom, contrast, flip, pseudo color transformation. Secondly, Use the DICOM3MAX to show how to make the standard true.
At the end,I note some thought about DICOM.
